DAY 1: Addis Ababa → Dinsho

In the morning you will drive to Dinsho, via the Ethiopian rift valley region and shashemene (400km from Addis). Enroute you will make a stop on a lake Ziway, known for its bird life to, visit aquatic birds. Also visit Abijatta Shalla Park. You will have lunch at Shashemene (250 km from Addis).You will proceed driving and arrive in Dinsho late afternoon. After a short break, you will have time to make a short hike along the woodland part of the national park chance to spot endemic Mountain Nyala, Menelik Bushbuck, Bohor Reedbuck and bird species. Overnight - Lodge or Camping in Dinsho.

 

DAY 2: Dinsho → Sanetti Plateau & Harena Forest → Goba

In the morning after breakfast drive to the Sanetti plateau (altitude of the 4000metres above sea level and the largest afro alpine area in Africa and the place to see rare and endangered Ethiopian Wolf). Then continue to Harena forest via Tullu Dimtu (4377m) the second highest point in Ethiopia. Overnight – Hotel in Goba.

 

DAY 3: Goba → Addis Ababa

After breakfast, you will drive to Addis Ababa you will stop for lunch at Asella. You will arrive in Addis Ababa late afternoon then in the evening you will have fare well dinner in one of the Ethiopian cultural restaurant with tasty Ethiopian food and cultural dances from the different ethnic groups. Then transfer to the airport for flight back home (if you have night flight) or your hotel. The tour ends here.
